How do I make a reservation?
You can book and pay for accommodation conveniently online.
Book and pay for the facilities you need online with your bank credentials or credit card.
· We will send the confirmation and the door code by e-mail and, if necessary, by text message immediately after the reservation.
· You can use the code to access your hotel room at 15:00 on the day of arrival.
· The handover of the hotel room is at 12:00.
· There is a reservation machine at the door of the hotel, which you can use if necessary. Premises booked with the reservation machine are available immediately after 3 pm on the day in question.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
The reservation can be canceled if the customer has purchased separate cancellation insurance. A reservation with cancellation protection must be canceled no later than 48 hours before the start of the service.
Are pets allowed in the apartment?
Unfortunately, pets cannot be kept in the apartments.
