A wood-fired stone oven is the heart of our restaurant, where we bake pizzas in the traditional way over an open fire. This allows the hand-made pizza to cook from the edges to become soft and crispy. Our pizza dough is made by hand from the beginning using carefully selected pizza flour, which allows for a pizza dough that sizzles to perfection. When it comes to pizza toppings, we prefer domestic ingredients whenever possible, while respecting the special features of Neapolitan pizza.
